采用梯度法 ,以乙腈 水溶液为流动相 ,用高效液相色谱法分离人参中的 6种主要人参皂甙 ,并采用紫外检测器检测 ,在 2 0 3nm处测定 4种人参样品。该方法在 2 5mg/L～ 30 0mg/L的范围内有良好的线性关系 ,回收率高于 80 %。
Six kinds of ginsenosides in ginseng were separated by high performance liquid chromatography with gradient acetonitrile-water as mobile phase and detected by UV detector. Four kinds of ginseng samples were detected at 203 nm. The method has a good linear relationship in the range of 25mg / L ~ 30 0mg / L, the recovery rate is higher than 80%.
