对于建筑业来讲重点工作是限制实心黏土砖的生产与应用,大力发展各类新型建筑材料,积极推广节能建筑。根据笔者对黑龙江省建筑市场的现状分析,我省每年的建筑竣工面积中有60%-70%的建筑是八层及八层以下的住宅建筑。基本为砖混结构。而根据《民用建筑节能设计标准》的要求,这类建筑物的外墙在厚度小于490mm的情况下,墙体的传热系数要小于0.56W/m~2·k。我们知道砖混结构肯定不能满足要求,复合承重保温砌块是具有承重、保温双重功效的新型墙体材料,经过一年多的试验研究,本项目已于1999年6月通过了省级鉴定,现已进入生产应用阶段。该产品已获国家专利。本文仅就复合砌块体构造问题进行以下阐述。一、块体结构的确定普通混凝土小型空心砌块的国际标准尺寸为390×190×190mm。这种砌块在世界上已有百余年的历史,在我国也应用了几十年。
