钢渣中的部分金属铁及铁氧化物难以有效回收,造成了资源浪费。针对上述问题,通过重熔还原方法处理钢渣,研究还原剂用量及不同辅助组分对钢渣中铁氧化物还原程度的影响。结果表明:重熔过程不仅可以还原钢渣中的铁氧化物,而且渣铁可以分离沉积回收,提高了钢渣中铁元素的回收率,以金属化率、金属回收率及金属铁沉积情况为主要指标,并考虑经济性,确定最优配料方案为焦炭用量5%,掺加10%石英砂或5%铝矾土。
Some of the steel slag and iron oxide in the metal is difficult to effectively recovery, resulting in a waste of resources. In view of the above problems, the steel slag was treated by remelting reduction method to study the effect of reducing agent dosage and different auxiliary components on the reduction of iron oxide in steel slag. The results show that the remelting process can not only reduce the iron oxides in the steel slag, but also separate and recover the slag iron and increase the recovery of iron in the steel slag. Taking the metallization rate, metal recovery rate and metal iron deposition as the main indexes, And consider the economy, to determine the optimal ingredients for the coke dosage 5%, mixed with 10% quartz sand or 5% bauxite.
