基于非概率可靠性理论,建立在役舰艇船体结构非概率可靠性分析模型.以某大型舰艇为研究对象,分析了载荷响应参数(航速和波高)对船体结构可靠性的影响规律,得到了不同航速和海况条件下的在役舰艇船体结构可靠性评估公式.结果表明:波高对舰艇结构可靠性的影响相对于航速更为突出,通过降低航速来提高舰艇结构的安全性效果较小;但当舰艇在临界航区航行时,通过适当调整航速来提高舰艇结构的安全性是可行的.
Based on the theory of non-probabilistic reliability, a non-probabilistic reliability analysis model of the existing ship’s hull structure is established. Taking a large ship as the research object, the influence rules of the load response parameters (speed and wave height) on the hull structure reliability are analyzed. The results show that the influence of wave height on the reliability of the ship structure is more prominent than the speed, and the safety of the ship structure is reduced by reducing the speed. However, when the ship structure reliability is evaluated, When navigating a ship in a critical navigation area, it is feasible to improve the safety of a ship structure by appropriately adjusting the speed.
