大班教学模式是高职院校思想政治理论课教学中的普遍现象,大班教学在课堂组织、人数控制、实践教学活动开展等方面存在影响教学实效性的问题。为了充分调动全体学生参与教学活动的积极性和主动性,对提高思政课大班教学的实效性思考如下:建立有序的课堂组织;营造良好的课堂教学氛围;提高教师的综合素质。 The teaching mode of big class is a common phenomenon in the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges. There are some problems affecting the effectiveness of teaching in classroom organization, population control and practice teaching activities. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of all students to participate in teaching activities, we should consider the following measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in large classes: to establish an orderly classroom organization; to create a good classroom teaching atmosphere; and to improve the overall quality of teachers.
