目的评价南通市小学生健康素养的干预效果,为开展学校健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,对其进行为期1年的健康教育干预,干预前后分别进行健康素养问卷调查。结果南通市小学生干预后的健康素养总体水平为58.7%,高于基线的36.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的基本知识理念素养水平和健康生活方式行为素养水平分别为48.3%和71.4%,均高于基线的28.7%和51.6%(P均<0.05)。不同性别、不同年级的小学生健康素养总体水平、健康知识理念素养水平和健康生活方式行为素养水平均有不同程度的提高。结论开展学校健康教育和健康促进工作能提高学生的健康素养水平。应将学生健康素养的培养纳入到学校健康教育工作中,提高其知识水平,形成良好的行为习惯。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of health literacy among primary school students in Nantong and provide the basis for carrying out school health promotion. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to sample the health education interventions for one year. Before and after the intervention, health literacy questionnaire was conducted. Results The overall level of health literacy of pupils in Nantong was 58.7% after intervention, which was higher than the baseline of 36.2%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the basic knowledge concept literacy level and healthy lifestyle behavior literacy level were 48.3% and 71.4%, both higher than the baseline 28.7% and 51.6% (all P <0.05). The overall level of health literacy, the level of knowledge of health literacy and the level of behavioral literacy of healthy lifestyles of pupils of different genders and grades are all improved to some extent. Conclusion Carrying out school health education and health promotion work can improve students’ health literacy level. The cultivation of students’ health literacy should be included in the school health education, improve their knowledge and form good habits.
