以白菜为试材,利用4种种衣剂进行拌种处理,调查白菜出苗及在穴盘和田间的生育指标,并分析其对根际土壤微生态的影响。结果表明:供试种衣剂显著影响白菜种子出苗,其中丁硫克百威、福克和克醇福美双显著降低种子出苗势和出苗率,其出苗势分别为61.2%、65.3%和63.5%,比对照降低28.2%、23.4%和25.5%,其出苗率分别为64.1%、75.3%和72.4%,比对照降低26.4%、13.5%和16.9%;供试种衣剂均显著影响白菜苗期生长,其中,福克和克醇福美双的影响最显著,地上部鲜重分别为1.32g/株和1.36g/株,比对照降低64.0%和62.9%,根鲜重分别为0.11g/株和0.09g/株,比对照降低57.7%和65.4%,供试4种种衣剂均显著降低白菜苗期根系活力,比对照降低14.8%~29.6%,而移栽后在田间的生长没有显著影响;供试种衣剂均显著影响苗期白菜根际土壤酶活性,其中,丁硫克百威对白菜苗期根际土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响最为显著,分别为47.04、62.40、1.90mg·mL·g~(-1),比对照降低46.3%、17.7%和37.9%。而移栽后在田间生育期种衣剂对白菜根际土壤酶活性没有显著影响;供试种衣剂显著影响白菜苗期根际土壤微生物种群数量,减少根际土壤细菌和放线菌的数量,而增加真菌的数量。
The cabbage was used as the test material, and the seed dressing was used to seed the cabbage and field. The effects of four kinds of seed dressing on the rhizosphere soil microbial ecology were investigated. The effects of butylthbicarb on the soil urease, phosphatase and invertase activities were the most significant at rhizosphere of cabbage (47.04 and 62.40, respectively) , 1.90mg · mL · g -1, 46.3%, 17.7% and 37.9% lower than the control. After transplanting, the seed dressing in the field had no significant effect on soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of cabbage. The seed dressing significantly affected the number of rhizosphere soil microbial population and the amount of rhizosphere soil bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere, While increasing the number of fungi.
