随着我国的社会不断的发展,我国的教育行业取得了较大的进步,人们对于教育的要求也越来越高,特别是在职高当中对于班主任的德育工作一直是人们所关注的重点。班主任的德育教育工作是管理好班级的良好基础,在德育的教育工作当中应该要将实际的教学情况相联系,确保能够有效的落实德育教育。但是在职业高中当中存在着许多的影响因素,在具体的实施过程当中还存在着许多的问题,职高班主任应该要不断的完善德育教育,促进职业高中学生的发展。本文主要从现阶段我国的职业高中班主任德育工作的重要性和现状着手进行分析,结合职业高中教学的实际来提升职高班主任德育教学的效能,从而提高职高德育工作的效率。 With the continuous development of society in our country, the educational industry in our country has made great progress.
