目的对昌平区厩腐蝇体表携带的大量螨虫进行种类鉴定,为制定科学防治措施提供依据。方法采用天幕式捕蝇笼捕蝇6h,用杀虫剂喷杀后在捕蝇笼外面套上塑料袋,扎紧袋口后统一带回实验室,捡出蝇体表及袋内螨虫,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,结合资料鉴定种类。结果厩腐蝇体表采集的螨虫标本经鉴定有2种,一种为家蝇巨螯螨,另一种为食菌螨科的休眠体。结论病媒生物监测方案中应考虑增加携播螨的监测内容,以逐步完善监测体系。
Objective To identify the large number of mites carried on the body surface of stable flies in Changping District and provide the basis for making scientific prevention and control measures. Methods The canopy fly trap was used to catch the flies for 6 hours. After the pesticides were sprayed, a plastic bag was put on the outside of the fly catching cage. After the bag was tightly closed, the bag was brought back to the laboratory for picking up the body surface and the mite inside the bag. Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, combined with data identification of species. Results There were 2 species of mites collected from the body surface of Stomatophagostomum fuscus, one species of which was housefly giant chelerythra and the other was a dormant body of the family Bactrocera. Conclusion The vector monitoring program should be considered to increase the monitoring content of mites to gradually improve the monitoring system.
