目的探讨大鼠缺血再灌注后基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)的表达及通心络的干预研究。方法采用大脑中动脉线栓法造成局灶性缺血再灌注大鼠模型,应用免疫荧光组织化学技术检测其 MMP-9的表达,观察脑缺血再灌注后大鼠脑内 MMP-9的表达及通心络治疗后对 MMP-9表达的影响。结果大鼠缺血再灌注后6h 均有 MMP-9的表达,以第2天表达最明显,第5天时减少;经通心络治疗,可减少脑缺血再灌注损伤各时段的 MMP-9的表达。结论在实验性大鼠 MCAO/R 后 MMP-9表达是上调的,并与脑缺血损伤有强相关性;通心络可减少 MMP-9的表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-9) after ischemia-reperfusion in rats and the intervention of Tongxinluo. Methods The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The expression of MMP-9 was detected by immunofluorescence histochemical technique.
