文章针对现行高中体育课程设计与实施中存在的主要问题,秉承新课程的基本理念,运用结构主义理论,从课程结构的视角尝试性地构建符合高中学生身心和谐发展的“普修”+亚选修+项目选修(三修)三维一体“模式。这种课程结构具有课程模块彼此关联、相互递进的特点,既符合学生身心和谐发展和技能习得规律,又充分体现了体育课程内容的选择性和基础性,较好地缓解了现行高中课程中课程资源与学生需求、课程约束力与灵活性以及课程丰富性与操作性之间一系列矛盾,较好地达成了新课程标准提出的五个领域目标。
