目的探讨经会阴实时三维超声在探查子宫位置形态与女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)相关性中的价值。方法随机选取2015年12月-2016年11月在延边大学附属医院行阴道超声检查的110名女性作为研究对象,并根据有无PFD症状分为PFD组和对照组。用GE Voluson E8型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪经会阴实时三维超声检查,观察两组受查者膀胱颈移动度、最大valsalva动作时盆膈裂孔面积及子宫位置形态。结果 PFD组受查者膀胱颈移动度、最大valsalva动作时盆膈裂孔面积及子宫后位的发生率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声可获取女性PFD患者盆底相关功能参数,探查到其子宫位置的异常,其在探查子宫位置形态与女性盆底功能障碍性疾病相关性中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound of the perineal in detecting the relationship between uterine position and pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). Methods A total of 110 women undergoing vaginal ultrasound examination at the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the PFD group and the control group according to the presence or absence of PFD. With GE Voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic three-dimensional real-time ultrasound of the perineal, the two groups were observed bladder neck mobility, maximum valsalva action diaphragm diaphragmatic hole area and uterine position and shape. Results The mobility of the bladder neck, the area of diaphragm foramina and the posterior uterine position in the maximal valsalva motion in the PFD group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can acquire pelvic floor functional parameters of female PFD patients and explore the abnormality of uterine position. It has certain value in detecting the relationship between uterine position and pelvic floor dysfunction disease.
