周围静脉畸形是一种先天性脉管发育畸形,约占脉管畸形的50%,为临床难以诊断和治疗的疾病之一。周围静脉畸形易误诊,导致无效或过度的治疗。因此,早期、正确的诊断及分型对临床准确治疗有重要意义。周围静脉畸形的诊断性检查包括彩超、MRI及血管造影。临床应用最广泛的分型方法为经补充的Mulliken-Glowacky分类法与改良汉堡分类法。本文对周围静脉畸形诊断及分型的研究进展综述如下。
Peripheral venous malformations is a congenital vascular malformations, accounting for about 50% of vascular malformations, clinical diagnosis and treatment is difficult to one of the diseases. Peripheral venous malformations are often misdiagnosed, leading to ineffective or excessive treatment. Therefore, early, correct diagnosis and classification of clinically accurate treatment of great significance. Diagnostic tests for peripheral venous malformations include color Doppler ultrasound, MRI, and angiography. The most clinically used typing methods are the supplemented Mulliken-Glowacky classification and the modified Hamburg classification. This article on the diagnosis and classification of peripheral venous malformations are summarized below.
