目的 探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在甲状腺结节患者彩超检查中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月~2020年12月于本院体检中心行彩超检查的甲状腺结节患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=47)与对照组(n=47).对照组予以体检中心常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上予以Teach-back健康教育模式,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 实验组患者干预后的知识、态度、行为评分及总评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者干预后的症状自评量表(SCL-90)中9个维度评分及总均分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的彩超检查时间显著短于对照组,检查效率及检查可信度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的彩超检查满意度调查问卷6个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在甲状腺结节患者彩超检查中实施Teach-back健康教育模式可有效提高其知信行能力,改善其心理状态,能够提高彩超检查效率及可信度,有利于提高患者的彩超检查满意度.“,”Objective To explore the application effect of Teach-back health education model in color doppler ultrasound examination of patients with thyroid nodules. Methods Ninety-four patients with thyroid nodules who underwent color doppler ultrasound examination in our hospital\'\'s physical examination center from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into experimental group (n=47) and control group (n=47) by random number table. The control group was given routine care in the physical examination center, and the experimental group was given a Teach-back health education model on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The knowledge, attitude, behavior scores and total scores of the experimental group patients after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of 9 dimensions and total average scores in the symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) scale of the experimental group patients after intervention significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the color doppler ultrasound examination time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the examination efficiency and reliability scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of the six dimensions of the color doppler ultrasound examination satisfaction survey questionnaire of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing the Teach-back health education model in color doppler ultrasound examination of patients with thyroid nodules can effectively improve their knowledge, belief and behavior, improve their mental state, improve the efficiency and credibility of color doppler ultrasound examination, and help improve patients\'\' satisfaction with color doppler ultrasound examination.
