远处转侈尤其是肝转移是大肠癌患者死亡的最主要原因,阐明大肠癌肝转移的分子机制,早期发现和防治肝转移,是提高大肠癌长期生存率的关键。研究表明,肿瘤细胞的远处转移有明显的器官特异性,VEGFR1阳性造血祖细胞(VEGFR1~+ Hematopoietic progenitor cell,VEGFR1~+ HPC)在其中可能起决定性的调节作用。本文就VEGFR1~+HPC在大肠癌定向肝转移中的作用及可能机制作一综述。
Distant metastasis, especially liver metastasis is the most important cause of death in patients with colorectal cancer. To elucidate the molecular mechanism of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, early detection and prevention and treatment of liver metastasis is the key to improve the long-term survival rate of colorectal cancer. Studies have shown that distant metastasis of tumor cells has obvious organ specificity. VEGFR1-positive hematopoietic progenitor cells (VEGFR1 ~ + Hematopoietic progenitor cells, VEGFR1 ~ + HPC) may play a decisive role in the regulation. This review summarizes the roles and possible mechanisms of VEGFR1 ~ + HPC in targeted liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
