ZV型修补胶是以高分子共聚物为基本原料,掺加适量改性剂、有机助剂制成的水乳状产品,无毒、不燃、无腐蚀性,PH值为6~6.5,粘度200~500厘泊。ZV型修补胶可直接掺入水泥砂浆和混凝土中,配制成聚合物砂浆和聚合物混凝土,大大增加粘结强度、抗拉抗折强度,提高抗渗性能和变形性能,也可以掺入水泥浆中配制成薄层涂料和界面处理浆。京广K770+853复线桥梁体加固工程,为3-16m普通钢筋混凝土π型梁。该桥已运营了31年,近年来,由于运量不断增大,该桥梁下翼缘裂损严重,腹板出现大量裂缝,严重危及行车安全。本工程原设计是以郑计修(91)126号文为依据的换梁大修,于93年编制了设计文件,后因北桥台电化线杆位置影响换梁作业,根据局工务处指示精神,本次在原批文精神的基础上采用梁体加固新技术、新工艺,以改善现有病害状态。其工艺简介如下:
