本文是为了用微机控制现有型钢矫正机最佳压下规程而设计的通用计算程序。该程序是根据弹塑性弯曲理论推导的数模,用FORTEN语言编制而成的,可在各类计算机上应用。使用该程序可以改进现有型钢矫正机的压下规程,克服依靠经验用试调的办法调正各辊压下量,使型钢矫正机由经验调整过渡到用计算机调整。同时也可以使用该程序编制各类型钢矫正机按最佳压下规程矫直不同种类、不同规格、不同材质、不同强化系数的型材的技术操作规程手册。
This article is a general purpose computer program designed to optimize the press-down procedure with the microcomputer control of an existing steel straightening machine. The program is based on elastic-plastic bending theory derived from the numerical model, compiled with FORTEN language can be applied to all types of computers. The program can be used to improve the existing steel straightening machine reduction regulations, to overcome the relying on the experience of trial adjustment method to adjust the amount of each roll, the steel straightening machine adjusted by the experience of the transition to the computer to adjust. At the same time can also use the program preparation of various types of steel straightening machine according to the optimal reduction of straightening procedures of different types, different specifications, different materials, different strengthening factor profiles of technical manuals.
