专题动机: 春夏之交,本是令人愉悦的季节。可是对正在找工作的大学生们来说,却是一个十分焦虑的季节。在这个名为“求职打假黑名单”的网站中,我们看到很多充满情绪的留言。由于是匿名的投诉,双方没有面对面对质的可能,所以,信息的甄别是难以做到的,而我们的目的也绝不是计较这些是非。如果去除掉中伤、谩骂这些攻击性的情绪,而是从社会监督体系的建立健全,以及从企业人力资源管理的角度,来探讨企业如何招聘新员工,求职者如何保护自己,双方如何消除误解,有效沟通, 既使企业能招聘到自己满意的员工,又使求职者减少伤害和损失,可能是对企业和求职者都更有价值的事。这才是我们的目的。
Motivation: Spring and summer, this is a pleasant season. But for college students looking for work, it is a very anxious season. In this site called “job-hunting blacklist”, we see a lot of emotional messages. Because of the anonymous complaint, the two sides did not face the possibility of confrontation. Therefore, the screening of information is difficult to achieve and our aim is never to care about these right and wrong. If we remove the slander and scolding these offensive sentiments, we will discuss how to recruit new employees, how job seekers can protect themselves and how the two sides can eliminate misunderstandings from the perspective of establishing and improving the social supervision system and from the perspective of enterprise human resources management. Effective communication, even if companies can recruit their own satisfied employees, but also to reduce the job seekers injuries and losses, may be more valuable to businesses and job-seekers. This is our goal.
