1 前言炼钢用电弧炉是钢铁循环再利用的主要设备,它利用电弧加热将废钢(铁屑)熔化后再制成钢材提供给社会。另一方面,炼钢用电弧炉也是一种对环境会造成很大负荷的设备,如熔化废钢要消耗大量的电力,而且会产生废气、噪音、粉尘、闪烁和高次谐波等。例如,普通电弧炉生产1 t 的钢水需耗电350~400kWh,一座年产50万 t 钢水的电弧炉,年耗电量约180000~200000MWh,这相当于约5万户普通家庭的耗电量。
1 INTRODUCTION Steelmaking electric arc furnaces are the main equipment for steel recycling. They use arc heating to melt scrap (iron filings) and then make them into steel for the society. On the other hand, steel-making electric arc furnaces are also a type of equipment that places a heavy load on the environment. For example, molten scrap consumes a lot of electricity and generates exhaust gas, noise, dust, flicker, and higher harmonics. For example, ordinary electric arc furnace to produce 1 t of steel consumption of 350 ~ 400kWh, an annual output of 500,000 t of molten steel arc furnace, the annual power consumption of about 180,000 ~ 200,000 MWh, which is equivalent to about 50,000 households average household power consumption .
