目的探讨改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法在癫痫患者脑组织标本神经元染色中的应用。方法对83例癫痫患者脑组织的冰冻切片行常规HE染色、未改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法及改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法,观察和评估镜下切片质量。结果改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法脱片、皱褶等情况减少,所显示出的神经元轴突和树突呈棕黑色,背景为淡棕色。改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法切片评分优于未改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法[(99.8±0.4)分vs.(88.4±1.9)分](P<0.05)。结论改良Bielschowsky氏银浸染色法效果稳定,有进一步推广的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of modified Bielschowsky’s silver staining in the brain tissue of patients with epilepsy. Methods 83 cases of epilepsy patients with frozen sections of HE staining, unmodified Bielschowsky’s silver immersion staining method and modified Bielschowsky’s silver immersion staining method to observe and assess the quality of microscopic sections. Results The results of modified Bielschowsky’s silver staining method showed that the number of desensitization and wrinkles decreased, showing neuronal axons and dendrites in dark brown and light brown background. The modified Bielschowsky’s silver staining method was superior to the unmodified Bielschowsky’s silver staining method [(99.8 ± 0.4) vs (88.4 ± 1.9) vs (P <0.05). Conclusion The modified Bielschowsky’s silver immersion method is stable and has further clinical value.
