目的 :探讨螺旋 CT三维重建在骨骼系统疾病中的实用方法。方法 :对 88例骨骼系统疾病的病人行螺旋 CT扫描 ,X线准直宽度为 1 .0~ 4.0 mm,重建间隔为 0 .5~ 2 .0 mm,螺距比为 1 .2 5~ 1 .5 0。将原始数据传入工作站 ,分别用表面遮盖显示法 ( Surfaceshaded display ,SSD)和容积成像 ( Volumetric redering ,VR)及多平面重建成像( Multiplane reconstructions,MPR)进行处理。结果 :所有病例的三维重建图像显示良好 ,病变显示立体、直观、全面。结论 :高质量的三维重建图像依赖于高质量的原始资料的扫描和多种成像方法的配合
Objective: To explore the practical method of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in skeletal system diseases. Methods: A total of 88 patients with skeletal diseases underwent helical CT scan. The width of X-ray alignment was 1.0-4.0 mm, the reconstruction interval was 0.5-2.0 mm, and the pitch ratio was 1-2.5-1. 5 0. The raw data is sent to the workstation and processed by surfaceshaded display (SSD) and volumetric redering (VR) and multiplane reconstructions (MPR) respectively. Results: Three-dimensional reconstructed images of all cases showed good, the lesions showed three-dimensional, intuitive and comprehensive. Conclusion: High-quality 3D reconstruction images rely on the cooperation of high-quality scanning of raw materials and multiple imaging methods
