以手术治疗为主的综合疗法治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞型肺癌 3 1例。术后 1个月死亡 1例 ,病死率为 3 .3 % ,术后并发症2例 ,占 6.45 % ,随访 1～ 3年 ,3年生存率 2 8.6%。认为手术治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞型肺癌 ,只要严格掌握手术适应证、正确选择术式、估计好淋巴结清扫及气管切除范围 ,做好围术期处理 ,术后于获得较长的生存期 ,手术死亡率及术后并发症不高。
Surgical treatment-based comprehensive treatment of stage III non-small cell lung cancer in 31 cases.
