随着市场经济的稳步前进,我国工程造价模式一直不断发展,以往造价从项目概算开始就已经与实际脱节,存在很多弊端,严重制约了我国工程经济的发展。2011年,国家倡导信息安全化,引进BIM技术改变传统方式。基于此,本文借鉴BIM技术在数据存储、调用上的高效性,研究其在工程项目中的应用价值,以碰撞检测为例,实现高效利用。
With the steady progress of the market economy, the cost of construction projects in China has been developing continuously. In the past, the cost had been out of touch with the actual situation from the beginning of the project budget estimates. There were many drawbacks, which severely restricted the development of China’s engineering economy. In 2011, the state advocated information security, the introduction of BIM technology to change the traditional way. Based on this, this paper draws on the high efficiency of BIM technology in data storage and retrieval, and studies its application value in engineering projects. Take collision detection as an example, to achieve efficient use.
