通过自主设计并搭建静态液态LBE腐蚀试验装置,研究了T91、CLAM钢2种ADS嬗变系统候选结构材料在600℃、含饱和氧的静态液态LBE中的腐蚀行为。扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)分析和XRD分析结果表明,实验材料的表面均生成了双层氧化膜,并都发生了内氧化。氧化膜的外层为富Fe的Fe_3O_4,内层为富Cr的FeCr_2O_4尖晶石。进一步的分析发现,外层氧化膜的浅表层因Pb的渗入生成了由Fe、Pb和O组成的复杂氧化物PbFe_4O_7。
The corrosion behavior of two kinds of ADS transmutation system candidate structural materials of T91 and CLAM steels at 600 ℃ and static liquid LBE containing saturated oxygen was investigated by designing and constructing a static liquid LBE corrosion test device. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM / EDS) analysis and XRD analysis results show that the surface of the experimental materials were generated double oxide film, and both internal oxidation occurred. The outer oxide film is Fe-rich Fe_3O_4, and the inner layer is Cr-rich FeCr_2O_4 spinel. Further analysis found that the shallow outer layer of oxide film due to the infiltration of Pb generated by the Fe, Pb and O complex oxide PbFe_4O_7.
