胆囊颈管结石嵌顿引起急性胆囊炎,临床上较多见,部分病例有发生胆管的急性炎症。奔牛人民医院普外科1998年10月～2006年10月期间共收治胆囊颈管结石嵌顿并急性胆囊炎患者105例,选择性对其中腹痛急性发作72h内的88例行急诊胆囊切除术。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组患者
