本文用预埋金属薄片和热开裂相结合的方法得到较为理想的厚板半椭圆形“自然表面裂纹”三维光弹模型。探讨了几种不同测量处理实验数据的方法和误差,发现既使在±90°方向测得的数据在有效区内没有线性分布带,而在±60°方向测得的数据仍有明显的线性分布带。使用和比较了几种不同方法,得到了合理的应力强因子(简称 SIF)K_1及其沿裂纹前缘的变化。利用前人结果对泊松系数影响值做了近似计算。修正后的试验结果与有关的理论分析解吻合的很好。
In this paper, the ideal semi-elliptical “natural surface crack” three-dimensional photoelastic model is obtained by the combination of embedded metal foil and thermal cracking. The method and error of several different measurement processing data were discussed.
