为了弄清叶片安装误差对辊轧精度的影响,采用有限元法研究了叶片关键节点的金属流动特性及对叶片辊轧精度的影响;建立了刚性模具与多段线性弹塑性叶片毛坯侵蚀模型,对叶片辊轧过程进行了模拟;结合叶片辊轧误差位置,确定叶片关键截面。通过对比金属流动特性,研究了三种安装误差造成的叶片截面内关键节点的流变误差。结果表明:安装误差对叶片横向精度影响较小,对纵向精度影响较大;通过调整叶片安装精度可提高叶片辊轧合格率。
In order to find out the influence of blade installation error on the rolling accuracy, the finite element method was used to study the metal flow characteristics of the blade’s key nodes and the influence on the rolling precision of the blade. The rough mold and multi-segment linear elastoplastic blade blank erosion model were established. The process of blade rolling was simulated. Combined with the error position of blade rolling, the critical section of blade was determined. By comparing the metal flow characteristics, the rheological errors of the key nodes in the blade cross section caused by three kinds of installation errors were studied. The results show that: the installation error has little influence on the lateral accuracy of the blade and has a great influence on the longitudinal accuracy; and the passing rate of the blade can be improved by adjusting the installation accuracy of the blade.
