南京长江第四大桥E标桥址下构筑物较多,跨度有37、40、46、48、50、52、54m和65m,共8种跨度;节段箱梁安装方式有全悬挂和T型悬拼2种方式;喂梁方式有桥下喂梁、尾部喂梁和头部喂梁共3种喂梁方式,陆域、水域2种架设方式,对满足本桥箱梁安装的架桥机设计技术要求较高。架桥机拼装最大安装高度为65m,采用提升支架提升主梁,大型吊车配合安装其余部件。本桥多功能架桥机设计制造和高墩处架桥机拼装的施工工艺是一种全新的尝试,类似桥梁架桥机设计制造和拼装施工可以以此作为借鉴。
There are 8 structures spanning 37,40,46,48,50,52,54m and 65m span under the E-Bridge site of the Fourth Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge. The installation methods of section box girder are full suspension and T-suspension Spelling two ways; feeding beam bridge under the feed beam, tail feed beam and head feed beam altogether three kinds of feeding beam way, land, water 2 kinds of erection methods, to meet the bridge girder installation erecting machine design High technical requirements. Erection of the maximum installation height of erection of 65m, the use of lifting frame to enhance the main beam, large crane with the installation of the remaining components. The bridge multi-functional bridge machine design and construction of high pier at the erection of the bridge construction process is a new attempt, similar to the bridge erecting machine design and manufacture of construction and assembly can be used as a reference.
