生涯理论述评:不断发展的视角

本文作者以发展的视角,将生涯发展理论划分为实证/客观主义、新实证/后客观主义、后现代主义三类。其中,实证/客观主义以特质因素理论,工作调试理论,职业选择人格类型理论这类重视测量的、静态的理论为代表;新实证/后客观主义以亲子关系对职业选择影响的理论,生活广度/生活空间的生涯发展理论,社会学习理论,界限、妥协与自我创造理论为代表;后现代主义主要以认知信息加工理论,社会认知生涯理论,生涯诠释的情境化行动理论等强调个体经验和情境作用的理论为代表。 From the perspective of development, the author divides the career development theory into positivism / objectivism, new positivism / post-objectivism, and postmodernism. Among them, positivism / objectivism is represented by measurement-oriented and static theories such as trait-factor theory, job-tuning theory and career choice personality type theory; the new positivist / post-objectiveism takes parent-child relationship theory of occupational choice, life breadth / Life space career development theory, social learning theory, boundaries, compromise and self-creation theory as the representative; postmodernism mainly in cognitive information processing theory, social cognitive career theory, career interpretation of contextualized action theory, emphasizing individual experience And the role of theory as the representative.
