对文学、艺术和科学作品的数字化,就是把作品从模拟技术形态转化为由0和1二进制编码组成的数字编码形态。处于模拟形态的作品信息是对作品的真实记载,井能为人直接感知,而处于数字编码形态的作品信息,必须经过一定的设备转化为模拟技术形态,才能被人感知。一部作品经数字化转换,以数字化方式使用,只是作品载体和使用手段的变化,并未产生新作品。①而一般都把不增加再创作内容的作品“再现”途径视为复制。②总的来看,在对数宇化这一新的复制形式的认识
