写字楼产品主题化、个性化发展趋势凸显由于市场不断发展,竞争日趋激烈,单个写字楼项目针对的目标企业群不断缩小,写字楼从同质化产品逐步转向目标企业群的形象代言。如北京市场上,超大规模写字楼与五星级酒店综合体的出现,新产品概念的问世,如“企业总部”和“LOFT写字楼”,以及商务楼的快速发展,都是这一趋势的体现。写字楼产品设计发展到今天,对产品个性化及室内空间灵活划分可能性的需求越来越受到开发商及业主的重视。
