通过玻璃基体中CdS_xSc_(1-x)微晶的光谱测量,看到了CdS_xSe_(1-x)微晶的带隙随尺寸变小而变宽,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应。同时,详细观测了玻璃基体对微晶的压力影响,结果表明这种材料中的压力是不可忽略的。
Through the spectral measurement of CdS_xSc_ (1-x) crystallites in glass matrix, it is found that the band gap of CdS_xSe_ (1-x) crystallites broaden as the size decreases and show the obvious quantum size effect. At the same time, the influence of glass matrix on the pressure of microcrystal was observed in detail. The results show that the pressure in this material can not be neglected.
