以辽宁省朝阳市和河北省石家庄市文冠果种源地培育出的一年生幼苗为研究对象,设置适宜水分、中度干旱和重度干旱3个土壤水分梯度,通过盆栽称重控水方法控制土壤含水量,采用LI-6400光合仪进行光合指标的测定,并依据石蜡切片技术,研究干旱胁迫下不同种源文冠果光合特性及叶片解剖结构特征。结果表明:干旱胁迫下2个种源文冠果光合参数整体呈下降趋势;随着干旱胁迫的加剧,叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;随干旱程度的加剧,2个种源文冠果通过减小叶片厚度、增加栅栏组织厚度及减小海绵组织厚度等途径来提高其抗旱能力。
One year old seedlings cultivated in provenance of Wen Guan Guo in Chaoyang City of Liaoning Province and Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province were used as research objects. Three soil moisture gradients were set up, which were suitable for water, moderate drought and severe drought. Soil was controlled by pot weighing control method The photosynthetic indexes were measured by LI-6400 photosynthesis system. According to the paraffin section technique, photosynthetic characteristics and leaf anatomical characteristics of different provenances were studied under drought stress. The results showed that under the drought stress, the photosynthetic parameters of two provenances of P. armeniacum showed a decreasing trend as a whole. With the aggravation of drought stress, the content of chlorophyll decreased. With the severity of drought increasing, Thickness, increase the thickness of palisade tissue and reduce sponge tissue thickness and other ways to improve its drought resistance.
