基层受干缩、温缩特性影响,在强度形成过程中不可避免产生裂缝。为分析基层存在裂缝时水泥路面在荷载作用下面板应力变化情况,通过试验模拟方法,分析了半刚性基层和贫混凝土基层模量、基层裂缝数量和位置、混凝土面板厚度及荷载大小等对水泥混凝土面板荷载应力的影响。分析结果表明:路表弯沉随基层裂缝数量的增多而增大,随着层模量和混凝土面板厚度的增加,混凝土面板板底拉应力逐渐减小,且相比于增大基层模量以减小面板应力,增加面板厚度的效果更加明显;基层裂缝的存在使得面板应力急剧增加,面板底部拉应力随基层裂缝数量增多逐渐增大;荷载的增加是造成荷载应力增加的重要因素,故必须严格控制超载现象。
