省人力资源社会保障厅认真贯彻《行政复议法》、《行政复议法实施条例》,完善制度,创新机制,努力提高行政复议工作水平,推动了人力资源社会保障依法行政,维护了人民群众合法权益。2012年至2014年省人社厅共办理行政复议案件313件,案件办结率100%,2011—2013年连续3年被评为全省行政复议工作示范单位。
Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department Seriously implement the “Administrative Reconsideration Law”, “Regulations for the Implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law”, improve the system and innovation mechanism, and strive to improve the level of administrative reconsideration, and promote the social security of human resources administration by law, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people . From 2012 to 2014, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Services handled 313 administrative reconsideration cases with a rate of 100% completion of the case. For the third consecutive year in 2011-2013, it was awarded as the model unit for the province’s administrative reconsideration work.
