为系统管理黄河流域水资源调配决策支持系统的数据,开发了基于Oracle 10g的数据库。按照各个模块的模型库对数据属性的不同需求将数据库进行分类化开发。按照决策支持系统对数据库的要求将总体结构分层。针对开发过程中面临的问题,开发了联动管理与接口技术、基于角色的多用户模式,引入了包括视图与数据备份的安全机制。应用表明,本数据库读写效率高,安全性好,方便管理,满足了不同类型的用户对数据库的访问与操作要求,为黄河流域水资源监控能力建设的数字化提供了技术支撑。
In order to systematically manage the data of the Yellow River Basin water resources allocation decision support system, a database based on Oracle 10g was developed. In accordance with the various modules of the database model of the different attributes of the data needs of the database classification development. According to the decision support system requirements of the database will be the overall structure of the hierarchy. In view of the problems faced in the development process, it has developed linkage management and interface technology, role-based multi-user mode, and introduced a security mechanism including view and data backup. The application shows that this database has the advantages of high efficiency of reading and writing, good security and convenient management. It meets the requirements of different types of users for database access and operation, and provides technical support for the digitalization of water resources monitoring and control capacity in the Yellow River Basin.
