采用放免分析法对34例哮喘儿童急性发作期、20例缓解期及34例正常儿童血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)进行测定,并联合应用M型及二维超声心动图测定哮喘儿童的左、右心收缩及舒张功能。结果:哮喘发作期血浆CGRP含量较缓解期及正常儿童显著降低,缓解期血浆CGRP含量亦较正常儿童显著降低,急性发作期左、右心收缩功能指标异常,而舒张功能指标均正常;血浆CGRP与发作期左、右心收缩功能呈低、中度相关。提示:血浆CGRP参与了哮喘的发病过程,是哮喘病理生理过程中的重要调节肽;哮喘发作期左、右心收缩功能异常;血浆CGRP与心功能改变有一定的关系。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in 34 asthmatic children during acute attack, 20 remission and 34 normal children. Results: Plasma CGRP levels in asthma attack stage were significantly lower than those in normal and remission stage, and plasma CGRP levels in remission stage were significantly lower than those in normal children. Left and right heart systolic dysfunction indexes were abnormal and diastolic function indexes were normal in acute stage. Plasma CGRP And the onset of left and right heart systolic function was low, moderate correlation. It is suggested that plasma CGRP is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma and is an important regulatory peptide in the pathophysiology of asthma. Left and right ventricular systolic dysfunction occurs during the asthma exacerbation. Plasma CGRP has a certain relationship with cardiac function changes.
