分泌性IgA(S IgA)是人类鼻分泌物和其他外分泌液中的主要免疫球蛋白。Hughes &Johnson(1973)曾报道鼻分泌物中的IgA 量有明显的昼夜变化;但Mygind & Thomsen(1976)则认为这种昼夜变化是分泌活性不同的结果。本研究的目的是阐明鼻分泌活性的变化规律及其昼夜变化。对8名健康成年男性进行了试验,于6、10、14、18、22时分别收集鼻分泌物进行测量,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)。测量结果表
Secretory IgA (S IgA) is a major immunoglobulin in human nasal secretions and other exocrine fluids. Hughes & Johnson (1973) reported significant diurnal changes in the amount of IgA in nasal secretions; however, Mygind & Thomsen (1976) considered this diurnal variation as a result of different secretory activities. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the variation of nasal secretion activity and its diurnal variation. Eight healthy adult males were tested. Nasal secretions were collected at 6, 10, 14, 18, and 22 hours, respectively. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used. Measurement results table
