采用硬度测试、冲击试验和观察金相组织手段,研究了合金元素钒对低铬铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着钒含量的增加,试样的硬度增加。当钒含量为1.00%时,试样硬度达到56.7 HRC。试样冲击韧度并不是随着钒含量的增加而一直增大,当钒含量为0.75%时,冲击韧度达到最高为5.75 J/cm2。通过显微组织观察发现,晶粒随着钒含量的增加而细化。
The effects of alloying elements vanadium on microstructure and properties of low chromium cast iron were studied by means of hardness test, impact test and microstructure observation. The results show that with the increase of vanadium content, the hardness of the sample increases. When the vanadium content is 1.00%, the sample hardness reaches 56.7 HRC. The impact toughness of the samples did not increase with the increase of vanadium content. When the vanadium content was 0.75%, the impact toughness reached the highest value of 5.75 J / cm2. Through the microstructure observation, it is found that the grains are refined with the increase of vanadium content.
