综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI等柱色谱方法对漾濞泡核桃青皮的乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行了研究,并利用各种波谱技术(MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,2D-NMR)对化合物结构进行了鉴定。结果从乙酸乙酯部位分离得到4个二芳基庚烷类化合物,分别鉴定为:二氢枫杨素(1),1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基苯基)-3’,4″-环氧-3α-庚醇(2),枫杨素(3)和1-(4’-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-3α-庚醇(4)。其中,化合物1(二氢枫杨素,dihydropterocarine)为新化合物,化合物2~4首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of walnut green peel were studied by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and MCI column chromatography. The chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of walnut peel were studied by using various spectroscopic techniques (MS, ~ 1H-NMR, ~ (13) C- NMR, 2D-NMR). Results Four diarylheptane compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction and identified as dihydroeroidine (1), 1- (4’-hydroxyphenyl) -7- (3 “ (2), camomile (3) and 1- (4’-hydroxyphenyl) -7- (3 ”-methoxy- 4 "-hydroxyphenyl) -3α-heptanol (4). Among them, compound 1 (dihydropterocarine) was a new compound, and compounds 2 ~ 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
