应用番泻叶治疗溃疡病并发出血虽有人报道,但目前存在着争议。笔者从1987年以来,采用番泻叶治疗溃疡病并发出血45例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。一般资料:45例均为男性患者,年龄25～60岁。呕血伴黑便者28例,单纯黑便者(粪潜血试验+++以上)17例。经X线钡餐或纤维胃镜证实原发病为十二指肠溃疡38例,胃溃疡7例。 Senna treatment of ulcer disease and bleeding despite the reports of some people, but there is controversy. The author since 1987, the treatment of canker senna with bleeding and 45 cases, achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. General information: 45 cases were male patients, aged 25 to 60 years. Hematemesis with melena in 28 cases, melena only (fecal occult blood test +++) in 17 cases. The X-ray barium meal or fiber endoscopy confirmed the primary disease in 38 cases of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer in 7 cases.
