目的:探讨空肠营养管在外科治疗中的应用价值。方法:观察60例空肠营养支持患者的肠道功能,营养状况以及水电解质平衡情况。结果:通过空肠营养管进行肠内营养支持的患者术后胃肠道功能恢复快,营养状况佳,预后佳,平均住院时间缩短。结论:空肠营养管在外科手术围手术期使用有很大的优点,可以加快病人肠道功能恢复,降低吻合口瘘发生率,加快病人恢复速度,减少病人住院时间,节约住院费用。
