目的了解本校护理专业女生体质状况,为制定卫生保健计划提供依据。方法随机整群抽取无锡卫生高等职业技术学校2010、2011、2012三个年级护理专业女生,各年级400名,共1 200名。测定其身高、体重、肺活量、皮褶厚度,体脂比(BF%),计算体重指数(BMI)、体脂肪(BF)、超重及肥胖率。对城市户口、农村户口护理专业的女生体质指标进行统计比较。结果该校2010-2012级护理专业女生平均BMI为(20.30±2.31)kg/m2,平均肺活量为(2 772.1±347.63),平均皮褶厚度为(39.22±10.24)mm,平均体脂比为(26.98±5.92)%,平均体脂肪为(38.76±5.18)kg,平均瘦体重为(14.91±5.28)kg,超重及肥胖率为7.50%;城市户口护理专业女生胸围、身高、体重以及BMI与农村女生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);城市女生皮褶厚度、体脂肪、体脂比、超重及肥胖率显著高于农村女生(P<0.05);农村女生肺活量、瘦体重显著高于城市女生(P<0.05)。结论该校2010-2012级护理专业女生体质总体正常。城市女生和农村女生体质指标有差异,学校在制定卫生保健计划时,要充分考虑大学生的城乡差异。
Objective To understand the physical condition of nursing students in our university and provide the basis for formulating health care plans. Methods A total of 1,200 nursing majors were enrolled in Wuxi Health Vocational Technical School at 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively. There were 400 students of all grades, 1,200 in total. Body height, weight, vital capacity, skinfold thickness, body fat ratio (BF%), body mass index (BMI), body fat (BF), overweight, and obesity were measured. The city hukou, rural hukou nursing professional girl physical indicators for statistical comparison. Results The average BMI of female nursing students from 2010-2012 in the school was (20.30 ± 2.31) kg / m2, the average vital capacity was (2 772.1 ± 347.63), the average skinfold thickness was (39.22 ± 10.24) mm, the average body fat ratio was ( Average body fat was (38.76 ± 5.18) kg, mean lean body weight was (14.91 ± 5.28) kg, and overweight and obesity rate was 7.50%. The bust, height and weight of urban hukou nursing students and the relationship between BMI and rural (P> 0.05). The skinfold thickness, body fat, body fat ratio, overweight and obesity rate in urban girls were significantly higher than those in rural girls (P <0.05). The female students’ vital capacity and lean body mass were significantly higher than those in rural girls In urban girls (P <0.05). Conclusion The school girls in 2010-2012 nursing profession generally normal physical fitness. Urban girls and rural girls physical indicators are different, schools in the development of health care plans, we must give full consideration to the differences between urban and rural students.
