结合白河特大桥工程实例,对强度等级为CF50的钢纤维混凝土进行劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和弯曲韧性试验研究,通过对相应强度指标和韧性指数的计算,分析钢纤维体积率的影响,探讨钢纤维混凝土作为新型桥面铺装材料的优点,并介绍了钢纤维混凝土在桥面铺装中施工工艺。试验研究和工程实践表明钢纤维混凝土作为桥面铺装和伸缩缝填充材料,满足工程要求具有良好的经济效益。
Combined with the engineering example of Baihe Super Large Bridge, the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete with CF50 strength were studied. The influence of the volume fraction of steel fiber was analyzed by calculating the corresponding strength index and toughness index , Discusses the advantages of steel fiber reinforced concrete as a new type of deck paving materials and introduces the construction technology of steel fiber reinforced concrete in the deck pavement. Experimental research and engineering practice show that steel fiber reinforced concrete can be used as bridge deck pavement and expansion joint filling material to meet the engineering requirements and has good economic benefits.
