目前,青藏线GSM-R网络性能指标体系整体处于较高水平,但因基于网络的ITCS列控系统的运用,对网络的服务质量、优化工作等提出更高的要求。通过切换超时造成通信中断案例的分析,以设备硬件更新改造的方法解决切换超时并不可行,提出通过修改CMU两次呼叫时间间隔并配合修改T3103定时器参数的软件修改方法,来满足ITCS系统车-地间数据传输中断的最大时间间隔要求,进一步减少ITCS通信超时对行车安全的影响。
At present, the performance index system of GSM-R network in Qinghai-Tibet line is at an overall high level. However, the application of network-based ITCS control system puts forward higher requirements on the service quality and optimization of the network. It is not feasible to solve the handover timeout by switching hardware time-out by changing the time-out analysis of the case of communication interruption. It is proposed to modify the method of modifying the time parameters of the T3103 timer by adjusting the CMU two call time intervals to meet the ITCS system car - The maximum time interval between data transmission interruptions on the ground to further reduce the impact of ITCS communication timeout on traffic safety.
