近些年随着医疗改革的不断深入与发展,绩效考核已经成为医院实施管理的有效手段之一,它与医院的会计成本核算有着紧密的联系,我们可以通过实施绩效考核管理来达到控制医院成本核算的目的。绩效考核同时也是人力资源管理与财务管理工作的一部分,其重要性目前已经变得无法被取代,对于医院来说只有构建完整的绩效考核指标体系,才可以从整体上促进医院的发展。本文主要就我国目前的医院绩效考核指标与会计成本核算体系进行相应的分析研究,并提出适当的意见和建议,希望对大家有所帮助。
