很多人类肿瘤的发生和发展都与细胞周期调节紊乱密切相关,细胞周期调节基因的异常在肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用。p~(53)基因作为细胞周期调节基因,所编码P~(53)蛋白对细胞周期起负调节作用。p~(53)基因突变是目前最为常见的肿瘤遗传学改变,但国内外有关p~(53)蛋白在人肺癌组织中表达的报道都有不同看法。笔者用免疫组化法检测
The occurrence and development of many human tumors are closely related to the disorder of cell cycle regulation. The abnormality of the cell cycle regulatory genes plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. As a cell cycle regulatory gene, p ~ (53) gene plays a negative regulatory role on cell cycle.
