澳门终审法院的预审裁判,让缠绕了澳门行政法务司司长陈丽敏女士将近三年的“墓地案”终于有了结论,但作为一个有重大社会影响力的事件却仍然没有落幕,反而各种意见和反响显得更加激烈。除了在尊重法院的判决上有着比较一致的看法尚显理性以外,各种猜测、舆论审判、游行抗议等现象轮番上演,未有平息。特别让很多人失望的是检察院立案侦查却又归档处理,司法的“铁拳”高高举起却又轻轻放下,这到底是为了什么。
