《国务院批转国家经委、国家体改委关于增强大、中型国营工业企业活力若干问题的暂行规定的通知》(国发[1985]111号文件)已印发给你们,请结合川府发[1985]33号、92号、133号、134号、136号和川办发[1985]76号文件一并认真贯彻执行。为了更好地贯彻这些规定,进一步搞活大、中型企业,现结合我省实际情况作如下补充通知。一、各地区、各部门在经济体制改革中,要认真抓好企业工作,特别要抓好对大、中型企业的指导、帮助工作。各级经济管理部门,要确定一名领导同志分管企业工作,经常带领有关处(科)的干部,采取蹲点、巡回指导、现场办公等形式,对企业进行分类指导,帮助企业加强内部管理,总结推广先进经验,为企业解决实际问题。各行业企业之间要互相学
