目的探讨心力衰竭患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法 52例心力衰竭患者作为心力衰竭组,同期40例体检健康者作为对照组。测定所有研究对象的血清SOD和Hcy水平,并进行相关性分析。结果心力衰竭组血清SOD水平为(138.69±31.49)U/ml,明显低于对照组的(168.46±20.92)U/ml;Hcy水平为(19.41±5.27)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(14.33±4.83)μmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心力衰竭患者血清SOD和Hcy水平呈负相关(r=-0.273,P<0.05)。结论血清SOD和Hcy水平的检测对心力衰竭患者的治疗和预后评估有重要的临床指导价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with heart failure. Methods 52 cases of heart failure patients as heart failure group, the same period 40 cases of physical examination as a control group. Serum levels of SOD and Hcy were measured in all subjects and correlation analysis was performed. Results The level of serum SOD in the heart failure group was (138.69 ± 31.49) U / ml, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (168.46 ± 20.92) U / ml. The Hcy level was (19.41 ± 5.27) μmol / L, (14.33 ± 4.83) μmol / L, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The serum SOD and Hcy levels in patients with heart failure were negatively correlated (r = -0.273, P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of serum SOD and Hcy levels has important clinical value in the treatment and prognosis evaluation of patients with heart failure.
